Charity offering emotional support & practical help at home to people and families facing life-threatening illness. Free of charge service, with volunteers providing emotional support, respite, sitting service, transport to appointments, bereavement support. Run a monthly support group for anyone diagnosed with a neurological condition – MS, Motor Neurone, Multiple Systems Atrophy or Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP).
